1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a workspace or using PLYXIO Campus, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the School you represent.

2. Who can use PLYXIO Campus

PLYXIO Campus is intended for schools, colleges, and universities and the staff, students, and parents they invite. A School Administrator is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into their School's workspace and for managing who has access to it.

3. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. Roles and permissions are set by each School's administrators.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region. A School may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel its subscription; access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another School's data or bypass access controls
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share

6. Data ownership

Each School retains ownership of the academic, financial, and personal records it enters into its workspace. We act as a processor of that data on the School's behalf.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that briefly affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

PLYXIO Campus is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. A School may stop using the platform and request data export or deletion at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
