PLYXIO Campus ("we," "our," "us") provides school, college, and university management software to educational institutions ("Schools"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when Schools and their staff, students, and parents ("Users") use our platform.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your role, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email, phone number, role
• Academic records: attendance, grades, assignments, enrollment
• Financial records: invoices, payments, payroll (visible only to authorized staff)
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, provide each School's staff, students, and parents access to the data relevant to their role, generate reports and documents (invoices, payslips, report cards), send account and product notifications, and improve the reliability and security of the service.

4. Data ownership and isolation

Each School owns the data it enters into its workspace. Every School's data is isolated from every other School on the platform through tenant-scoped access controls; no School can view another School's records.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

6. Data security

We use role-based access controls, encrypted connections, and per-School data isolation to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we encourage Users to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.

7. Data retention

We retain data for as long as a School's account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. A School administrator may request deletion of their School's data by contacting us.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Students and parents should generally direct these requests to their School's administrator, who controls the underlying records.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date.
